Today in our Soulhub II, we became aware of the significance of intuitive decisions. Numbers, data, and facts may appear to be seemingly focused on the past.
The majority of our daily (thousands of) decisions are made intuitively and automatically. In the corporate environment, we aim for an objective decision-making process. Transparent and repeatable criteria are supposed to avoid human errors, bias, and subjectivity. Is this really the case? Are we, in doing so, creating a culture of error avoidance rather than seeing errors as opportunities?
In Mukana Soulhub, we discuss topics every Tuesday that have an impact on the future, the unknown unknowns. We learn how to prepare for problems in the future that we do not yet know today.
